These businesses strive to be the best that they can be in their chosen market. They want to get involved in the process of developing their internet presence without having to become experts or gaining the skills in-house. They recognise that their time is better spent developing their businesses.
These are some of the problems they approach me about, do you have any of these?
- We have a website but we can’t maintain it ourselves and our web designers are not as responsive as they used to be. Having a website that you control is very important.
- We developed our website ourselves and it looks a bit stale now. Typically a website design should be refreshed every couple of years to keep up with the latest trends and your competition.
- We’ve got Social Media accounts but they aren’t managed properly. Many business’ social media presence is not properly managed and so isn’t giving any commercial benefit.
- We need to put video on our website but don’t know how. Website video has rapidly taken off in the last 12-18 months but it still proves difficult for many.
- We’ve got a WordPress site but it’s using a free theme that doesn’t really fit with our branding. WordPress is a fantastic system and every business should use it, but just like every business has a USP they also need a UWT (Unique Website Theme.)
- Our WordPress site needs a specific feature but we can’t find a plugin that delivers it. Finding the right plugin can be difficult and it may be neccessary to develop a plugin to do the job.
The businesses I work with have an open business ethos and are Pro-Active in they way they work with me. Because of the way I work I need to ask you lot’s of questions and get to know you and your business. The more open and honest the answers the better I can help you.
